Our names are Thomas and Emily and we love food. We are two foodies that reside in the Twin Cities area and are here to bring the food scene of the Foodie Famous Cities to you, wherever you may be.
Thomas moved from the Gulf Coast south near Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, and grew up preparing and eating dishes from the Cajun recipe books meals that include: Jambalaya, Gumbo, Craw fish, and Shrimp Etoufe.
Emily is a Culinary Arts major and has more ways to whipping up masterful dishes without breaking a sweat. Everyone from hobo foodies to gourmands can appreciate what she has to say about food, their preparation and the most important part of food... the enjoyment.
And together we aim to show you all that Minnesota offers more delicacies to enjoy than things served on sticks and covered with cheese. Of course those are still tasty, just not all we eat.
